- Experience using the State of California's Policy Management Liaison (PML) Memos, Selection Manual, Government Codes, Personnel Management Policy and Procedures Manual (PMPPM), and other various state laws, rules, and regulations as they relate to classification and hiring
- Ability to multi-task and shift priorities and workloads to meet operational needs
