- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities within the healthcare industry.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and educational resources to support sales efforts.
- Organize and participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Provide educational presentations and in-service training sessions to healthcare professionals on the benefits and safety of IV compounding services.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Stay updated on regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices related to sterile compounding and IV medications.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with a focus on IV compounding services highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of IV therapy and healthcare settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategies, including digital marketing campaigns, social media management, and content creation.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel as needed within the assigned territory.
