Come work with us at FARO Beachside Eatery. We are a small team, that offers a great working environment. Our hours are mon/wed/thu 4-9, 11-10 fri/sat/sun, so no late nights or early mornings.

Our kitchen is modern, spacious, has AC, is easy to clean and maintain, equipment is new, and you have almost 180° views of the ocean while you work.

**No fryers, flat tops or greasy hoods to deal with. **Take a look at our menu, and see what we make.

As a **dishwasher/ingredient prep**, you will be working on keeping dishes, utensils, and other cooking equipment clean throughout the course of your shift, in a timely manner to allow the restaurant to keep working smoothly. You will also be prepping correct quantities of ingredients to assist the rest of the kitchen team. You should be well versed with the following skills
- knowledge in dishwashing/three compartment sink
- organization skills, keeping storage area tidy & clutter free
- prepping ingredients; vegetables, croutons, etc
- ability to work alone or in a team
- proper time management & problem solving
- able to keep track of your stations chemical inventory
- maintain food safety practices
- keeping kitchen neat & clean from start to end of shift
- following a checklist to ensure the above is done daily

We're looking for part-time position at the moment.

**Pay**; $12/hr + tips

**Shifts; **Right now we are looking for weekend availability (Friday-Sunday)

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
