  • Prepare meats by trimming and portioning as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of basic dishes such as salads and breads.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Assist in the unloading and storage of raw ingredients and supplies.
  • Wash all kitchen wares, including pots, pans, and utensils, either by hand or using dishwashing equipment.
  • Organize and store clean dishes and utensils in designated areas.
  • Stock serving stations and other kitchen areas with necessary items.
  • Maintain cleanliness of trash receptacles.
