I am hiring individuals into my _Future Agent - Internship Training Program_ who are interested in this opportunity to be their own boss in the future. During this two year training program, I will help you get your necessary licenses and train you on all you need to know so you are prepared to take advantage of this opportunity.

As an agency owner, you are your own boss with the flexibility to set your own hours, build your own team, and have the opportunity to earn $150K - $500K annually depending on how hard and smart you work.

**WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE**:

- Base pay plus commission & bonuses (35K - unlimited)
- Paid for state licensing
- Enrolled in 18 month Mentorship Program
