Position Overview

We are in search of a dedicated field underwriter who is prepared to engage with interested homeowners, gathering essential information and subsequently scheduling in-home consultations.
During these visits, you will assess the information provided by clients and present suitable options that align with their qualifications and financial considerations.

We are looking for motivated individuals eager to establish their own business while benefiting from a supportive network.
Our training program utilizes a proven sales methodology, complemented by a team of mentors ready to assist you at every step, along with a lead generation system that eliminates the need for cold calling.
This role is designed for home-based sales, offering significant earning potential through an attractive commission structure.

Every year, numerous homeowners either purchase new properties or refinance existing mortgages.
These individuals receive correspondence offering them protection in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
Upon responding, our effective lead generation system allocates these leads to our sales team for follow-up, appointment setting, and coverage discussions.
There is no cold calling involved; you will only engage with qualified prospects.

Requirements:

  • Smartphone, computer, printer, and scanner (or a scanning application).
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to work with leads in your local area and beyond.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Ability to pass a background check (no felonies) and possess or obtain a state life insurance license (training will be provided).

Compensation Structure

Most mortgage protection products yield an average commission per family protected.
Field underwriters typically sell 5 to 10 protection plans weekly.
Ongoing training is provided on sales processes and product offerings.
Additional products available for sale include accidental policies, child protection, critical illness, and more.
