**_Responsibilities:_**
- Build and maintain relationships with current and potential clients through B2B, organized events, and cold calling
- Organize and schedule a calendar of consistent business-to-business visits
- Market and create relationships with other home service providers such as plumbers, HVAC, handymen and remodeling companies
- Visit job sites to take before/after photos and get customer testimonials
- Manage social media accounts, post relative content and graphics, monitor all reviews and feedback and reply/ follow-up accordingly
- Attend business networking functions to promote the brand and our local business
- Coordinate and manage community and charitable events
- Research local trade shows and coordinate Paul Davis booth set-up
**_Qualifications:_**
- Desire and proven ability to sell services, preferably in the home service industries
- Prior experience with SEO and social media to engage with customers and clients
- Willingness to plan and execute community engagement events on a regular basis
- Able and willing to represent the company at events after hours and on weekends
- Experience with a CRM software and ability to learn new technology
