Your Impact at SAM:
Key Responsibilities:

- ** Field Crew Coordination**: Manage and coordinate 1 to 5 survey field crews onsite, ensuring they adhere to project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- ** Construction Computations**: Interpret survey data, engineering drawings, and project specifications to accurately draft construction computations using Civil D software.
- ** Client Liaison**: Act as the primary point of contact for clients onsite, addressing inquiries, providing progress updates, and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- ** Contractor Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with contractors to facilitate seamless communication and coordination, ensuring project objectives are met according to specifications.
- ** Quality Assurance**: Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
- ** Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate project documentation, including field reports, progress updates, and other relevant records. Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports to stakeholders as needed.
- ** Problem Solving**: Proactively identify challenges or obstacles that may arise during project execution and work collaboratively with teams to develop and implement effective solutions.
- ** Team Support**: Provide guidance, support, and training to field crews as needed, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

What You Bring to SAM:

- Strong understanding of construction computations, and surveying techniques.
- Experience in Civil3D or Carlson Survey
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various construction sites as needed.
