**Duties and Responsibilities**

**Stand/walk for long periods of time** while picking out orders quickly and accurately

Operate equipment, such as handheld devices and related tools to process customer purchases using appropriate procedures for different payment types and items sold

Be able to work in areas requiring exposure to varying temperatures, extreme heat or cold, and/or wet, damp, or drafty conditions. Our associates retrieve orders from freezers/coolers and bring orders outside in varying weather conditions

**Be able to move, lift, carry, and place merchandise and supplies weighing up to**_**50 **_**pounds without assistance**

Smile, greet, and thank customers with a positive attitude

Help generate new business and associated revenue by actively promoting department services and offerings to customers; responding to customer inquiries and requests; helping customers register for department services; and soliciting feedback from customers about their online shopping

Report problems and customer issues with fulfillment services, procedures, and work areas. Use order fulfillment equipment and supplies in safe and correct ways

Follow proper procedures to prevent shrink and follow applicable laws and regulations when selling items to customers

Be available to assist associates across the store as needed
