Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Addman Engineering. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing customer orders, and ensuring timely fulfillment of customer requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our order management system
  • Provide prompt and professional customer service via phone and email, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues related to orders
  • Maintain and update customer account information to ensure accuracy
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders
  • Monitor order status and communicate any delays or issues to customers proactively
  • Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and availability questions
  • Support project managers by providing order-related information and updates as needed
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter able to work with little supervision
  • Good team player with ability to work with others
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or order entry preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Work Environment

This role operates in a professional additive manufacturing, traditional manufacturing, and office environment. The employee will routinely use standard office equipment such as printing equipment, computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
