The role also involves addressing liability concerns, collaborating with Community Managers on annual operation budgets, ensuring budget control, and overseeing property maintenance and capital improvements to maintain the community's market position. Compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations is essential.
The Regional Manager may assist with special operations such as due diligence, property acquisitions, disposition, and supporting other regions when needed.

**Physical Demands**:
Regular sitting, standing, walking, talking, hearing, and reaching, with occasional climbing. Working at a computer and talking on the phone for extended periods is expected. The ability to detect auditory and/or visual alarms and availability to work extended/flexible hours and weekends is essential.
**Attendance/Travel**:This full-time position may require work on some nights, weekends, and occasional holidays. Extensive travel within the region is necessary.
**Essential Functions**: Strong skills in resident, prospect, and vendor relations, leadership, communication, mediation, and working in a fast-paced environment are essential. Administrative, organizational, time management, prioritization, customer service, sales, fair housing knowledge, and budgeting skills are crucial.
**Qualifications**:
**Computer Skills**: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, with familiarity with Yardi, Voyager, PopCard, Entrata, and Resident Check.
**Learning and Development**: Commitment to continuous professional development through company's continuing education programs.
**Education**: High school education or equivalent required. Preferred certifications: Affordable, CPM, CAM, RMP, or CMCA. Ability to perform intermediate mathematical functions and utilize resident management software functions.
**Professional Experience**:At least 5 years of experience as a Community Manager in the Multifamily Industry, with a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Regional Manager. A valid Driver’s License is required.
