We are seeking an engaged, enthusiastic individual to join our team. We are a family owned Embroidery Screen Print Promotional Products Business located in Pacific Beach serving high profile Southern California and national brands. We have been in business for over 20 years.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years in a customer-facing role

- Enjoy the apparel, branding industry
- Superior phone skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, writing etiquette
- A real passion for working with customers
- HIGH LEVEL organization skills: ability to multi task easily, able to switch from one task to another while maintaining a follow through on items and meeting job specific deadlines with making mínimal errors, attentive to details, consistent client follow up and communication through execution process
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor while being flexible and open to change, pro-active with a team-player outlook
- Growth mindset - an eagerness to learn, and approach change with optimism and resilience
- Reliable with a can-do attitude and the ability to find solutions when issues arise
- Adobe Illustrator for basic virtual mockup and QuickBooks for basic data entry (not required) but experience is a +
- Willing to learn processes of Embroidery, Screen Printing and Promotional Products
- Must be highly detail oriented and very organized maintaining an upbeat, positive work attitude under pressure and tight timelines
- Find solutions for our clients as well as process and manage all orders coming in and through the pipeline

The Customer Service Representatives is to process incoming orders. This is the perfect opportunity for an individual who has strong listening and communication skills and an interest in providing custom branded apparel and goods to our existing and new clients.

6 paid holidays a year

Paid vacation time after 1 year of employment, 401k with Employer match

Monday - Friday 9 am - 6 pm

Responsibilities Include but not limited to:

- Accurately enter order information (count, style #, color, etc) into software and process from beginning to end of order
- Follow up on customer orders to inform of status updates while communicating with vendors and in house team to move the order through the pipeline

Pay: $25.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
