Office Assistant

Responsibilities:
- General administrative office duties.
- Accounting clerical support.
- Scheduling meetings and appointments, maintaining calendar, and sending reminders.
- Assist with travel arrangements.
- Making and answering calls
- Copying and scanning documents
- Maintaining office supply inventory, and order replacement supplies as needed.
- Sort and distribute mail/packages and manage courier services.
- Preparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, if required
- Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records
- Typing, formatting, and editing reports and documents
- Run local errands for the office.
Wage range:
$20.00 To 24.00 Hourly
Requirements:
- 1 year of relevant experience &/or 2year degree in the Accounting field.
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage internal and external correspondence.
- Experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
