Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and productivity. This is a key role that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

**Duties**:

- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Oversee training and development programs for new hires
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies
- Handle payroll processing and employee benefits administration
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Proficient in calendar management and scheduling software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of office management procedures and systems
- Experience with phone systems and other office equipment
- Familiarity with training development processes
- Ability to manage a team effectively
- Proficient with Quickbooks and bookkeeping experience
