You will be responsible for welcoming patients to the practice with a comforting attitude and warm smile and getting them prepared for their appointments; so the ability to relate to and build relationships with people is a must

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent customer service and verbal/ writing communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge and experience with dental management software a plus, but not necessary
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, patient-focused environment
- Attention to detail
- Great interpersonal skills and listening skills
- Organization skills: make sure all record keeping requirements are fully and accurately completed.
- Financial skills: accurately enter personal payments, insurance payments, any patient discounts, etc. Explain reasoning for times when payments are due at time of service.

We are looking to fill a full time dental receptionist position 4 days a week with flexible hours. We are offering:
