Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, managing patient flow, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our clients and their pets.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service and communication skills, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage patient flow, scheduling appointments, and surgeries, and ensuring accurate and timely communication with clients and staff.
  • Process payments, handle financial transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with veterinarians, technicians, and other staff members to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a veterinary hospital or animal care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, staff, and veterinarians.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
