Job Overview:
We are a mass production 3D Printing company, focusing on industrial hardware and spare parts for other manufacturing companies. We deploy fleets of 3D Printers to match the scale of injection molding without the up front cost and long term inflexibility of molding.

3D Print farms are able to rpoduce thousands of parts on demand to meet exactly the need of the client. While providing for design changes, lower warehousing, and wildly reduced up fron tcosts.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Lead focused in the Austin Texas Area to join our team. As a Business Development Lead, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and driving sales growth. This is a key role that requires strategic planning, project management skills, and a strong understanding of the market.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and expand our customer base within the Austin Area to start
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients. Targeted industries include Electronics, Automation, Industrial Equipment and Light Manufacturing.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing and engineering teams to develop customized solutions for clients
- Utilize Hubspot to track sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing our products/services and value proposition
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in business development or sales roles
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software
- Excellent market research and analysis abilities
- Strategic planning and project management skills
- Strong negotiation and sales closing skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and present ideas to clients
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
