**Title**:Call Center Agent

**Reports To**: Call Center Manager

**Compensation**: Competitive

**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assists with scheduling Medical appointments.
- Answers telephone in pleasant manner and deals with customer needs expeditiously.
- Provides any necessary and related instructions/directions.
- Updates patient information as necessary.
- Maintains patient confidentiality with all patient information.
- Escalates issues to supervisor for resolution, as deemed necessary.
- Perform all other duties and tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager

**Qualifications**:

- EHR experience, **NextGen (Preferred**)
- Must be familiar with medical terminology
- Bi-lingual is **strongly preferred (Spanish/English)**:

- Must have strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Must be organized
- Must have strong computer skills
- Must be able to handle a high call volume; **call center experience is a plus**:

- Must have the ability to multitask
- Must be a hard-working and self sufficient
- Have the ability to problem solve
- Demonstrate Empathy with callers

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
