The call center supervisor is responsible for overseeing activity and performance at the call center. The call center supervisor will organize, manage and monitor call center employees to ensure they meet daily, weekly and monthly goals. They also make sure that employees are providing excellent customer care and promoting the growth of the organization. The call center supervisor will overlook and ensure the smooth operation of the call center. Often they will step in when the call agents are unable to resolve customer issues. They also provide guidance and assistance to the team on managing customer relations.
- Training call center employees.
- Make sure employees comply with all call center policies.
- Prepare call and answer scripts for employees.
- Perform employee assessment and performance evaluations.
- Continually improve current processes to increase productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the correct filing and documentation procedures of employees.
- Develop a strong understanding of the companies’ departments and services.

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- At least 2-3 years of Call Center experience
- Supervisory experience preferred
- High school graduate or equivalency
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
