We’re looking to expand our team with a motivated and experienced Account Executive (AE) who is passionate about helping companies improve their IT asset management.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Account Executive to join our sales team. This position is a remote role, but we prefer candidates located in the Greater Philadelphia or Pittsburgh areas. As an AE, you will be responsible for selling IT asset disposal services to medium to large businesses. Your primary goal will be to build relationships, generate leads, and close sales with key decision-makers in the enterprise market, ensuring they have access to our innovative and sustainable ITAD solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Selling: Understand client needs and effectively present IT asset disposal solutions that meet their unique requirements for data security, compliance, and environmental sustainability.
- Sales Leadership: Drive sales by prospecting, identifying, and converting new business opportunities with medium and large enterprises.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, providing exceptional service and support.
- Sales Strategy: Develop your own strategic action plans, working closely with the marketing and operations teams to meet our goals.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead the negotiation and closing processes for new contracts and service agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report sales activities, revenue forecasts, and other key performance metrics using our CRM system.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in IT services, IT asset disposal, technology-related fields OR 2+ years or equal communication focused experience
- Proven track record of successfully communicating with medium and large businesses.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Strong understanding of IT asset disposal, data security, and compliance regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, etc.) is a plus, but not required.
- Highly curious and motivated with a strong desire to exceed sales targets.
- Self-starter with a proactive, results-oriented attitude and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Ability to travel as needed within the assigned regions.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Located in or around the Greater Philadelphia or Pittsburgh areas.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Previous experience in a remote sales environment.
