Account Executive

Insight Global is looking for an Account Executive to join a Pittsburgh-based manufacturer of high-performance, custom glass products. We are looking to hire an enthusiastic, self-motivated Account Executive to provide support to both internal and external customers. This person acts as the liaison between the company and its customers and is responsible for executing a variety of tasks including, but not limited to responding to customer inquiries, maintaining customer records, following up on and troubleshooting open orders as well as order entry. The ideal candidate is a quick thinker and dynamic communicator, demonstrates a high level of attention to detail, and enjoys learning new things. This position is a 100% onsite role in Swissvale, PA.
Must Haves:
- 2 + years of applicable experience in an account Executive/Sales role with a manufacturing/engineering role
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP Systems
- Preference to work for a small, private company and wear multiple hats
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in business or engineering
Pay: $50,000-$65,000/yr
