Regional Accounts Director

One of our global Facilities Management clients are seeking a Regional Accounts Director to lead and manage their accounts in San Jose / San Francisco, CA .
About the role:
- As a Regional Accounts Director, you will drive operational excellence, growth, and financial performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, safety, and compliance.
- Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day operations, managing regional accounts, overseeing P&L, talent development, and driving business development.
- You'll also be instrumental in strategic planning, sales, procurement, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive a safety-first culture and promote proactive well-being.
- Formulate business and sales plans aligned with market trends.
- Foster strong customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team, driving growth and continuous improvement.
- Oversee P&L, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
- Lead procurement strategies, managing vendor relationships and maximizing value.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in executive management and facilities services .
- Bachelor's degree in business, technical, or management fields (preferred not essential)
- Have a strong background within Hard Services contracts
- Strong leadership, financial acumen, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills preferred.
