As a key member of our team, you will work primarily from home, with the expectation of meeting in our Walnut Creek office twice a month for impactful team sessions. We are committed to fostering a supportive environment where professional growth is encouraged and celebrated.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a talented team to create high-quality, client-ready messaging and materials, including talking points, fact sheets, and timelines.
  • Oversee the development of planning presentations and consulting deliverables, ensuring they meet clients' needs.
  • Review and enhance materials, optimizing language and tone to ensure impactful messaging that resonates with key audiences.
  • Edit, fact-check, and provide constructive feedback to team members to refine their work.
  • Collaborate with our in-house graphic design team to develop creative visual enhancements for communications.
  • Conduct client planning calls and coordinate team meetings to align on project goals.
  • Proactively identify potential issues and provide effective solutions to ensure seamless execution of plans.
  • Mentor and manage one or more direct reports, fostering their professional development.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in corporate communications or management consulting.
  • Proven background in a public relations or public affairs agency, or management consulting firm.
  • Outstanding writing and editing skills that ensure clarity and precision.
  • Exceptional project and team management capabilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and consistency in messaging.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective client and community engagement.
  • Self-motivated and able to work collaboratively with others.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's degree is required.

Expected Salary: Our competitive salary range for this position is $100,000 to $130,000, determined by factors such as experience, qualifications, and expertise.

Additional Benefits: Keadjian Associates offers a discretionary bonus program based on performance, a robust 401(k) Plan with company contributions, and comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage, with the company covering 100% of employees' premiums for medical plans.
