Role Description WB Flooring & Interiors is seeking a motivated Account Manager to join our team. As the primary point of contact for a set of builders, you will oversee projects from the initial estimating phase to final invoicing. This role is pivotal to ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional service for our clients, primarily in new home residential construction and major remodels. Experience with Job Runner with Pacific Soultions and Measure with RFMS is preferred. Key Responsibilities Review and manage contracts to ensure compliance and accuracy. Coordinate project schedules in collaboration with the project manager. Address and resolve any issues that arise in the field. Serve as the main liaison between builders and the WB Flooring team. Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the flooring industry, with a strong background in project management or account management. Technical Skills: Ability to read and understand blueprints and drawings. Software Knowledge: Familiarity with Job Runner (Pacific Solutions)and Measure (RFMS)is highly preferred. Personal Traits: Detail-oriented, self-starter, and a can-do attitude.
