The Member Operations Clerk role is a critical position for the organization. The Member Operations Clerk assists the organization in achieving sales, service, and operational goals. This is a multi-functional position that will manage processes and assist where the business need arises. This position will work closely with Member Operations Coordinators.


Responsibilities:

  • Deceased Account Management
  • Check order processing
  • Safe Deposit Box management
  • Checking Account Conversions
  • Account reports and maintenance
  • Bill Pay management and maintenance
  • Daily mail processing, posting, and follow up. Including ingoing, outgoing, packages, deliveries, and returned mail.
  • Weekly processing of on site ITM, and offsite ATMs
  • Applicable month end reporting and processing
  • Teller duties as needed, including check processing for support departments
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • One to Three years similar or related experience
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to interact with others on a regular basis and build relationships
  • Effective communication skills, written and oral
  • Strong computer skills including the Microsoft suite


Ideal candidates will have strong availability Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm. This position is located in Battle Creek Michigan
