Senior Powertrain Sales Manager

This person will have 2-3 experienced direct reports, including an Account Representative and 2 Key Account Managers. What you can look forward to as the Senior Powertrain Sales Manager:Ensuring revenue, volume, profitability, and qualitative targets are achieved and exceededSupport strategic development of North American key accounts Acquisition of new customers and conducting/supporting sales negotiationsSales planning on the basis of sales forecasts as well as monitoring the development of turnover and sales and deriving corrective measuresSupporting our annual budget and planning phasesDevelopment and application of pricing strategies in conjunction with CEX teamsSecondary escalation point to the customer for the solution of technical, commercial, and logistical problemChampion the voice of the customer within the business.
