Job Title: Residential Maintenance Technician

Property Management, Inc. is seeking a skilled Residential Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and renovations in our residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with resident work orders and perform routine maintenance tasks
  • Assist with turnover of apartments and perform light electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work
  • May perform grounds and landscaping work as needed
  • Appliance repair and customer service
  • Rotating on-call with an on-call bonus

Requirements:

  • Prior residential maintenance experience preferred
  • Working cell phone and valid PA Driver's License
  • Excellent customer service skills and high school diploma or GED
