The Connections Care Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and monitoring the memory care (Connections) holistic wellness program, including but not restricted to: assisting the Director of Engagement with input into resident assessments, leading neuroplasticity programming (Connect-Move-Learn cycles),, muscular strength, aerobic and flexibility training, wellness promotion, social-recreational activities and outings and volunteer program development and community resource coordination.

Highlights of the Connections Care Coordinator Position:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year experience activities or recreation service experience
Certified Dementia Practitioner or eligible for certification.
Willingness to work in a hands-on role with residents and staff.
Must be able to drive a company vehicle (town car and 14 passenger van)
Must possess a current driver's license and ability to meet approved driver requirements

The salary range for this position is $16.28 to $19.00. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Pegasus Senior Living (PSL) offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage, disability insurance, 401(k) with match, paid time off (PTO), Flexible hours for better work-life balance, Employee assistance program.(all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements)., Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards.
