What’s in it for you:
- 9-month contract
- Monday - Friday: 8AM - 5:00PM
- Pay Rate: $25/HR.
- Located in Los Angeles, CA 90095
- Managing the day-to-day operations associated with the electronic invoicing methods
- Implementing new vendors
- Monitoring usage
- Auditing transactions, and processing electronica invoices
- Performing outreach to convert vendors from non-electronic to electronic invoicing
- Addressing customer service inquires for vendors with questions regarding electronic invoicing set up
- Applying proper policy, procedures, and coding while processing payments, including requirements for contracts, leases and other specialized payments
- Other tasks as directed by supervisor
- 3+ years’ experience in accounts payable
- Experience in processing high volume invoices
- Expert in CONCUR is highly preferred
- Skilled analyzing information, identifying problems, and finding solutions
- Ability to enter data and utilize spreadsheets - Excellent customer service and communication skills
