What you'll do:Lead and execute business development strategies to drive company growth.Manage a high-performing sales pipeline and ensure strong conversion rates.Collaborate with marketing to align efforts and enhance brand visibility.Cultivate new client relationships and expand existing partnerships.Provide leadership and mentorship to a small, results-driven business development team.
Who you are:Education: Bachelor’s degree required; CFP, CPWA, CFA, or MBA preferred.Experience: 10+ years in management, driving business development in wealth management.Skills: Proficient in Salesforce; skilled in strategic planning, client acquisition, and team leadership.Cultural Fit: Collaborative, ambitious leader who is team-oriented and client-focused.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is $200,000 to $300,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
