Recruiting Specialist

Our client, a leader in the recruitment industry, is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to join their team. As a Recruiting Specialist, you will be part of the recruitment department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Recruiting Specialist
Location: Amherst, NY (In-office, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm)
Pay Range: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour depending on experience + uncapped Commissions and bonuses
What's the Job?
- Hit minimum performance standards per week to maintain operational excellence.
- Support gross profit goals through effective value calculator management.
- Achieve 90% retention of field talent and coordinate compliance processes.
- Negotiate, compose, and execute contracts while managing job postings and recruitment functions.
- Create an environment of high morale, motivation, and teamwork.
What's Needed?
- One year of equivalent experience preferred in recruiting or related fields.
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in staffing and human resources.
- Strong understanding of grammar, spelling, and composition rules.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and sales techniques for recruiting services.
- Ability to work collaboratively with management to achieve agreed-upon goals.
