Clients use CoStar Real Estate Manager to make smarter decisions and to enable their team to work together more effectively. Learn more about CoStar Real Estate Manager. As a Technical Manager of Quality Assurance, you will directly manage and lead a team of QA professionals that are responsible for maintaining high quality standards for the CoStar Real Estate Manager product.Faced with pressure to “do more with less,” organizations rely on strategy and analytics to make the best decisions and optimize their real estate investments.  CoStar Real Estate Manager helps corporations, retailers, restaurants, landlords and commercial real estate service providers build world-class real estate operations by providing integrated solutions that eliminate information "silos" and consolidate information across business units.This position is located in Atlanta and offers the following hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remoteResponsibilitiesOverseeing all aspects of the QA organization, including but not limited to; providing a solid vision for the QA organization, proactive testing plans to ensure high availability for critical systems, roadmaps to maximize test coverage with emphasis on automation, providing direction on CI/CD initiatives, while serving as mentor for your team.You will be a hands-on team player and perform tasks such as writing test cases, reviewing testing logs, performing manual tests, etc. Working very closely with other Technical Managers, DevOps, Tech Leads and various business partners to ensure the success of a variety of projects and initiatives.Providing ongoing metrics and reporting on quality metrics will be key. Hiring and developing talent within our growing organization.Basic QualificationsBachelor’s Degree required from an accredited, not for profit university or collegeA track record of commitment to prior employers8+ years of QA testing experience 5+ years of QA lead/management experienceExperience with Automation Strong communication and interpersonal skillsUnderstanding of modern web application development and deploymentExperience testing API’s and UI with responsive web designExperience with Agile SDLC and Test Cycles (Automation, Regression, User Acceptance)Well versed in Microsoft TFS/Azure DevOps, MS Test, and SeleniumPreferred Qualifications And SkillsGeneral troubleshooting log experience (Datadog, Kibana)Experience with BrowserStack and Chrome Debug toolsExperience with SQL and/or NoSQL databasesExperience with JavaScript and .NetWhat’s in it for YouWhen you join CoStar Group, you’ll experience a collaborative and innovative culture working alongside the best and brightest to empower our people and customers to succeed.We offer you generous compensation and performance-based incentives.
