Role Summary
As the Technical Manager of Quality Assurance, you will oversee and guide a team of QA professionals responsible for upholding high-quality standards for the CoStar Real Estate Manager product. In an environment that demands efficiency and effectiveness, organizations depend on strategic insights and analytics to optimize their real estate investments.

CoStar Real Estate Manager empowers various sectors, including corporations, retailers, restaurants, landlords, and commercial real estate service providers, to develop world-class real estate operations through integrated solutions that eliminate information silos and unify data across departments.

Responsibilities
- Lead all facets of the QA organization, including:
- Establishing a clear vision for the QA team
- Developing proactive testing strategies to ensure system reliability
- Creating roadmaps to enhance test coverage with a focus on automation
- Guiding CI/CD initiatives while mentoring team members
- Actively participate in hands-on tasks such as writing test cases, reviewing logs, and conducting manual tests.
- Collaborate closely with other Technical Managers, DevOps, Tech Leads, and business partners to ensure project success.
- Provide ongoing metrics and reporting on quality performance.
- Recruit and nurture talent within our expanding organization.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
- Proven commitment to previous employers
- 8+ years of experience in QA testing
- 5+ years in a QA leadership or management role
- Proficiency in Automation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with modern web application development and deployment
- Experience testing APIs and UIs with responsive design
- Knowledge of Agile SDLC and Test Cycles (Automation, Regression, User Acceptance)

Preferred Qualifications
- General troubleshooting experience with tools like Datadog and Kibana
- Familiarity with BrowserStack and Chrome Debugging tools
- Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases
- Knowledge of JavaScript and .Net
