As a Technical Manager of Quality Assurance, you will directly manage and lead a team of QA professionals that are responsible for maintaining high quality standards for the CoStar Real Estate Manager product.Faced with pressure to do more with less, organizations rely on strategy and analytics to make the best decisions and optimize their real estate investments. 3 days onsite, 2 days remoteResponsibilitiesOverseeing all aspects of the QA organization, including but not limited to; providing a solid vision for the QA organization, proactive testing plans to ensure high availability for critical systems, roadmaps to maximize test coverage with emphasis on automation, providing direction on CI/CD initiatives, while serving as mentor for your team.You will be a hands-on team player and perform tasks such as writing test cases, reviewing testing logs, performing manual tests, etc. Working very closely with other Technical Managers, DevOps, Tech Leads and various business partners to ensure the success of a variety of projects and initiatives.Providing ongoing metrics and reporting on quality metrics will be key. Hiring and developing talent within our growing organization.Basic QualificationsBachelor's Degree required from an accredited, not for profit university or collegeA track record of commitment to prior employers8
