About the Role:
As the Technical Manager of Quality Assurance, you will oversee a team of QA professionals committed to upholding exceptional quality standards for the CoStar Real Estate Manager product. In an environment that demands efficiency and effectiveness, organizations depend on strategic insights and analytics to optimize their real estate investments.

CoStar Real Estate Manager empowers corporations, retailers, landlords, and commercial real estate service providers to enhance their operations through integrated solutions that eliminate information silos and consolidate data across various business units.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all facets of the QA organization, including establishing a clear vision and proactive testing strategies to ensure high availability of critical systems.
- Develop roadmaps to maximize test coverage with a focus on automation and provide guidance on CI/CD initiatives while mentoring your team.
- Engage in hands-on activities such as writing test cases, reviewing testing logs, and conducting manual tests.
- Collaborate closely with other Technical Managers, DevOps, Tech Leads, and business partners to ensure the successful execution of diverse projects and initiatives.
- Deliver ongoing metrics and reporting on quality performance, and actively participate in hiring and developing talent within the organization.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
- A proven track record of dedication to previous employers.
- 8+ years of experience in QA testing, with at least 5 years in a lead or management role.
- Proficiency in Automation and strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with modern web application development and deployment processes.
- Experience in testing APIs and UIs with responsive web design.
- Knowledge of Agile SDLC and various Test Cycles (Automation, Regression, User Acceptance).

Preferred Qualifications:
- General troubleshooting experience with tools like Datadog and Kibana.
- Familiarity with BrowserStack and Chrome Debugging tools.
- Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and .Net technologies.
