You understand the complexities of avionics production, from meticulous wiring harnesses to high-reliability electro-mechanical assemblies. But you're also a strategic thinker, able to lead and inspire a team to achieve ambitious production goals across multiple program initiatives (Alpha, MLV, Blue Ghost, Elytra, etc).Here's how you'll orchestrate our success:Lead a high-performing Avionics Production team: You'll foster a collaborative environment where your team can excel in building the flight hardware that guides our spacecraft.Ensure the highest quality standards: From precise wiring harnesses to complex assemblies, you'll set the bar for excellence and ensure everything meets rigorous aerospace standards.Embrace continuous improvement: You'll be a champion for innovation, always seeking ways to optimize processes and drive efficiency while maintaining the highest quality.Bridge the gap between engineering and production: You'll ensure seamless communication and collaboration, translating engineering designs into flawless production realities.Be a data-driven leader: Leverage data and metrics to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve your team's performance.Maintain a focus on safety: Safety is paramount.
