Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the supplier evaluation and approval process
  • Create quality management plans utilizing Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)
  • Engage with various stakeholders to guarantee supplier quality standards
  • Perform assessments of supplier capabilities
  • Contribute to teams focused on new product development

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering
  • Familiarity with PCB/PCBA manufacturing and electrical assembly processes
  • Understanding of APQP, Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), and Root Cause Analysis methodologies
  • Preferred certifications include Six Sigma, Lean, and ASQ
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience in launching intricate components into production
  • Comprehensive knowledge of product development methodologies
  • Ability to excel in dynamic and fast-paced environments

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with collaborative tools and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems
  • Understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing principles
