We are looking for an Associate Technical Director to join our team in North America. You will work closely with a team of experts working alongside our customers on some of North America's most significant projects.Your key responsibilities as Associate Technical Director (Approximately 60%) will be to: Perform tasks on projects requiring a broad and/or deep knowledge in a field of expertiseDevelop and implements design best practices in areas of expertisePromote strategic initiatives as delegated by the VPDevelop technical talent, including development and implementation of specialist training programs, identification of staff for advanced and/or specialized training, and mentoring of key staff in the specialized area of expertiseDevelop technical networks outside of COWI, including participation in technical conferences, publishing and presenting technical papers.
