Role Summary:
We are in search of a proficient HelpDesk Technician to assist in our client's IT operations. This position is crucial for ensuring uninterrupted technical support for the workforce, particularly during peak demand periods.

Position Details:
Title: HelpDesk Technician
Location: Onsite
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

Key Duties:

  • Deliver technical assistance in a predominantly Mac environment.
  • Employ JAMF for effective device management.
  • Provide support for Microsoft Office, Office365, and Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
  • Conduct general desktop support and helpdesk functions, focusing on Tier 1 support.

Team Dynamics:

  • Collaborate with a dedicated team comprising one help desk technician, one system administrator, and the IT Director.
  • Assist approximately 250 users within the organization.

Required Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience with Mac systems.
  • Proficiency in JAMF, Microsoft Office, Office365, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • A+ or Apple certification is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.

Work Schedule:

  • Onsite presence is required Monday through Friday.
