Persons identified in the position of Licensed Mental Health Professional(LMHP) reports directly to the Clinical Director. LMHP's provide direct behavioral health care to clients including but not limited to: Intake Assessments, Individual Therapy, Family Therapy, Group Therapy, Crisis Intervention, Interpretation of Diagnosis, Psychoeducation, Master Treatment Plans, and Treatment Plan Reviews. ; LMHP's may have the role of delegating and overseeing work assignments of Qualified Behavioral Health Providers(QBHP's);
Minimum Qualifications
\* Must possess a master's degree in the clinical mental health or related field.
\* Must possess a professional license in good standing to deliver behavioral health services in an agency setting. Acceptable licenses are: LMSW, LCSW, LPE, LPE-I, LAMFT, LMFT, LAC or LPC.
\* Preference of at least one year experience in the area of children, adolescent, family and adult behavioral health treatment, including but not limited to: Practicum / Internship & Professional Practice
\* Understanding of ethical guidelines of professional practice and the rules and regulations that govern that practice.
\* Excellent computer software skills- Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, Power Point), Electronic Medical Records (Credible), and Email.
