Position Details

Role: Outpatient Therapist
Reports to: Clinic Director

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess client needs and evaluate mental health diagnoses.
  • Create, implement, and maintain effective treatment plans.
  • Provide exceptional mental health services while collaborating with a dynamic team.
  • Utilize innovative interventions to help clients achieve their goals.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package for full-time positions (25-32 hours/week):

  • Base Salary: $80,000.00 to $115,000.00 annually
  • Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision coverage
  • 401(k) with a 50% match up to 3% (available after 2 months)
  • Unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Flexible work environment
  • Access to NBCC accredited continuing education units (CEUs)
Qualifications

Required:

  • Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited institution.
  • Completion of associate hours and possession of clinical licensure (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, etc.).
  • Experience in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing treatment plans.
  • Ability to adapt techniques to meet the diverse needs of clients.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and electronic health record systems.
