We seek mental health therapists (LPC, LCSW, LMSW, LAC) for full-time positions in Hot Springs, AR.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $52,400 to $91,800 per year. The role also allows bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.
Requirements:
Must be licensed in the state of Arkansas
LPC, LCSW, LMSW, or LAC
Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
Solid computer and basic technology skills
Self-motivated and independent therapists able to quickly build rapport with clients

Responsibilities and Duties:
Interview the patient to obtain information concerning medical history or other pertinent information needed to complete behavioral assessments
Evaluate the mental needs of clients based on a review of client information
Develop and implements treatment plans
Must conduct home visits at least once per month, required visits in the office, schools, and other facilities as necessary to ensure Home and community-based client care
Assist with support groups, as assigned, if necessary
Interfaces with schools, DHS/DCFS, and other needed community services

LSCI provides outpatient counseling and psychiatric services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and group psychotherapy in a warm, safe, and supportive environment. Services are offered for a wide variety of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, stress, childhood abuse and trauma, family and relationship issues, grief, loss, and addiction recovery.
