Position Overview
We are seeking Mental Health Therapists (LPC, LCSW, LMSW, LAC) for full-time positions.
Compensation Structure:
- Attractive salary range from $52,400 to $91,800 annually, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses. Compensation is influenced by education, experience, licensure, clinical hours, and other relevant factors.
Essential Qualifications:
- Must possess Arkansas State licensure
- Specializations in LPC, LCSW, LMSW, or LAC are required
- Experience in delivering psychotherapy services to individuals and families is essential
- Proficient in technology and basic computer skills
- Self-motivated therapists who can quickly establish rapport with clients
