Position Overview
We are seeking Mental Health Therapists (LPC, LCSW, LMSW, LAC) for full-time positions.
Compensation Package:
- Competitive salary ranging from $52,400 to $91,800 annually, with performance-based bonuses available. Compensation factors include education, experience, licensure, clinical hours, etc.
Essential Qualifications:
- Must possess Arkansas State licensure
- Specializations in LPC, LCSW, LMSW, or LAC are required
- Experience in delivering psychotherapy services to individuals and families
- Proficient in basic technology and computer skills
- Self-motivated therapists who can quickly establish rapport with clients
