Job Purpose
We are looking for a proactive individual to join our Field Operations team as a Warranty Specialist. A Warrant Specialist is the liaison between our Field Operations Staff and the sub-contractors that will be performing warranty work. Communication expertise and attention to detail is key in this position.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
This position is responsible for the following:
Developing and maintaining good working relationships with all subcontractors, Area Managers, Expediting team, Labor Development team and Inside Operations Warranty team
Check with subcontractors each morning to confirm they have all necessary documents, materials and equipment to complete their occupied services
Assist in clarification and direction of any occupied service work order questions
Contact each subcontractor assigned to each occupied service to confirm service completion
Meet with homeowners and builders in the field to resolve elevated warranty issues
Attend on-site product trainings
Participate in weekly field operations meetings
Participate in weekly labor meetings
Participating in monthly financial meetings
Qualifications & Required Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Good Time Management and ability to prioritize task
Ability to make quick decisions and escalate issues in a timely manner
Excellent customer service skills
Bilingual is a plus but not required
