Daniel Defense LLC is seeking a skilled Warranty Repair Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction in our warranty repair process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair and Modify Firearms: Utilize your expertise in gunsmithing to repair and modify firearms to blueprint and customer specifications.
  • Communicate with Customers: Effectively communicate with customers to troubleshoot issues and find solutions, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with Retailers: Work directly with retailers to troubleshoot and fix range rental firearms, maintaining strong relationships with our partners.
  • Quality Assurance: Participate in the company's efforts to continuously improve in Safety, 6S, Quality, Delivery, and Productivity, ensuring our high standards are met.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Possess a technical two-year gunsmithing degree or equivalent combination of education and apprenticeship or work experience.
  • Hands-on Experience: Have a high degree of experience in handling and operating firearms, as well as understanding various assembly requirements.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to lift and carry awkward items weighing up to 50 pounds, and work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise and chemicals.
