What you get to do:

The Audience Analyst researches and analyzes improvement opportunities, conducts analysis, prepares recommendations and facilitates efficiency enhancements.
  • Creates business concepts based on specifications of commissioning business units
  • Serves and advises customers by turning requirements into feasible solutions
  • Supports creation of product vision, goals, and features
  • Helps identify requirements and create product backlog for development
  • Supports Project Manager in maintaining project schedule, budget, work plan, KPIs, and other metrics
  • May engage in support of product launch and transition period after deployment
  • Ensures timely delivery of reports/analysis and proactively communicates any barriers


What it takes to succeed:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Statistics, or Computer science
  • 2-5 years of experience
  • At least one Business Analysis Certification from the IIAB (e.g. ECBA, CCBA, CBAP)

  • Business analysis and requirements elicitation - Capturing and validating requirements and generating insights
  • Project framing & business case - defining business needs and developing models for business cases, ensuring all requirements support delivery of business value, fulfills goals and objectives and meets stakeholder needs
  • Prescriptive & Predictive Analytics - assessing and determining the best solution given a variety of outcomes
  • Business process analysis, mapping, management and problem solving- Implementing processes that reduce or remove obstacles that are preventing you or others from accomplishing operational and strategic business goals
  • Banking industry domain knowledge e.g., payments, lending, insurance, wealth management, etc.
  • Understanding of:
  • Methods In enterprise architecture management (e.g. TOGAF)

  • Project management
