Manufacturing Manager

This role will be on-site only in Beavercreek, Ohio.Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities:
- Direct the work activities of hourly skilled trade employees in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair aircraft engines
- Facilitate the hourly workforce by setting clear expectations on production output, EHS compliance and quality workmanship
- Responsible for daily workforce job allocations and shift support coordination
- Develop project specific scopes of work, schedule and manage larger office complex maintenance and repair projects
- Develop and maintain a positive and respectful work climate with all employees
- Assure compliance with all methods to ensure top quality product
- Responsible for the implementation and participation of all management initiative
- Develop new solutions under guidance and / or in a team setting or based upon precedents in the organizations
- Specify needs and communicate about project approach and presents outcomes of research done
- Work with cross functional teams
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of Manufacturing/ Production Supervision, Technical, and/or Shop Operations experience)
- At least 3 years of Manufacturing/ Production Supervision, Technical, and/or Shop Operations experience
- Technical troubleshooting skills
- Experience in Lean Six Sigma Fundamentals
