Our client in the construction industry is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the construction team supporting the One Precision Assemblies (OPA) panelized residential construction system. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of residential construction, planning and execution of construction projects, permitting, and managing schedules.

Job Title: Project Manager (Residential Construction)

Location: Taunton, MA

Pay Range: $60 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage residential construction projects, ensuring timely execution from contract award to installation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, project management, manufacturing, sales) and external stakeholders (customers, architects, building authorities, subcontractors, vendors).
  • Manage and oversee project schedules, panel production, delivery logistics, and on-site installations.
  • Coordinate the permitting process and manage Requests for Information (RFIs) and Change Orders.
  • Ensure project documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and up to date.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and organizational standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in residential construction project management, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
  • Knowledge of permitting, project documentation, RFIs, Change Orders, and construction schedules.
  • Familiarity with panelized or prefabricated construction systems is preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational, communication (written and verbal), and people management skills.
  • High level of professionalism and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Must be located within commuting distance to Northboro, MA, for in-office collaboration approximately once per month.
