Our client, a leading label manufacturing company, is seeking a Flexo Press Operator to join their team. As a Flexo Press Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have top-notch flexo skills on complex jobs, possess a "can-do" and teamwork attitude, careful attention to detail, high expectations for quality, experience running a flexographic color label press, and ability to operate with minimal scrap which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Flexo Press Operator

Location: Brea, CA

Pay Range: $25 - $33 an hour + Shift Differential Pay
1:30pm - 10:00pm 

What's the Job?

  • Reviewing job tickets and verifying stock, inks, and dies are available and used as specified.
  • Sets up machine; installs anilox, inks, correct stock, die, and plates.
  • Sets impressions and registers print-to-print and print-to-die.
  • Loads the specified type of paper and adds ink.
  • Adjusts the press to the paper size and feeds the paper through the press cylinders.

What's Needed?

  • Requires a high school diploma or general education degree (G.E.D.).
  • Requires at least three years of relevant experience in label press operation in a manufacturing environment.
  • Must be able to work a Nilpeter 2200 Machine.
  • Above-average productivity.
  • Possess a "can-do" and teamwork attitude.
